One-on-One Coaching


Through biweekly coaching sessions, your executives sharply define their professional vision, create measurable goals to support their clear direction, and utilize their coach’s direct input for strategizing new business and developing existing accounts.

2.) How It’s Delivered:

Each person being coached goes through three stages:

  • Our coaches meet virtually or phone conference every two weeks for two months (which is four or five sessions per person) to concentrate on their roles and goals, finding their strengths, and introducing the sales journey through our customized accountability tools.
  • Our coaches meet virtually or phone conference every two weeks for three months (6-7 sessions/person) to discuss and implement methodology, the psychology of selling, the process of prospecting, how to discover valuable intel about their prospects’ needs, and how to develop a killer presentation.
  • Our coaches meet virtually or phone conference every four weeks ongoing to execute issues and scenarios, mindset, focus, discipline, and accountability. At the end of six months, we generate an ROI report.
